l I’ve moved 3 times in 5 years, I’ve used Safe Responsible Movers for all 3. They are fantastic! They make everything as easy and stress free as possible, from getting a quote, booking a date, answering my dumb questions and all the details that go with the move. This time, I decided to have them pack for me as well as move to the new place. Best. Decision. Ever. I will never pack again. The two teams who came, 3 guys to pack and next day 3 to do the move. They were fast, friendly and fun to have around. I can’t recommend Chris and his team highly enough. I’m normally an anxious lunatic when moving, not this time. Safe Reliable Movers definitely stands by their word. The movers arrived on time and were great with respect to communicating changes in their schedule. They were actually ready to move me ahead of time. I was not yet there and they readily agreed to wait until the original time.
The only problem I had was that the two movers had difficult difficulty reassembling my desk. After they left, I realized they had not put the drawers in appropriately. I emailed the owner. He responded immediately and actually apologized. He offered to come out within the next couple of days and actually refunded me $150 as he felt the his employees had taken too long to disassemble and reassemble the desk. Outstanding customer service which is not often seen these days.

Safe Responsible Movers was excellent handling my daughter's move from one apartment to another (with lots of steps and tight corners). They communicated well and gave a fair quote. On the actual moving day, the crew that arrived was friendly, quick, careful and very efficient. The actual cost was much less than our quoted cost. I can't say enough good things about the crew who handled our move!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I moved from Boston to Manchester on the busiest moving day of the year, and Safe Responsible Movers made it stress free and seamless! This is the first time that I hired movers, but the other reviews assured me that this company was the right call. I got quotes from 2 other local movers and SRM had the best pricing by far. Not only this, but James was very reliable and quick via email and answered all of the questions I had.
I moved studio apartments and the 3 man crew was SUPER QUICK!! I had many boxes, some items which were quite heavy, and there were no complaints- they loaded the truck in 30 minutes. All three of them were so nice and were able to even lift a few extra things into my father's truck for me. I will definitely be using them again for my next move!! A++++++

Highly recommend! Saved us on a last minute move when someone else canceled. Super fast and everything was perfectly loaded in the truck.
We've hired Safe & Responsible Movers for 3 moves now (one of them was an in-home move) and they are consistently the best! They're always super punctual, the movers are super friendly, and they get everything done in an incredibly efficient manner. We hope we don't have to move again soon but if we do we'll definitely be hiring them again!

Chris and Graham promptly showed up and completed the move within the estimated time, and it cost the minimum that was quoted via email. They are good at what they do! They were also able to add me to their weekend schedule with only a few days notice, which I appreciated very much. Well worth it!

I've moved a lot. Like every couple years a lot. I book movers every time, and am usually on the 2nd or 3rd floor of an apartment. I'm not an easy client! But this team blew every good experience I've had with movers out of the water. It was hot and I was on a third floor walkup of a house without a/c. They loaded the truck super quickly, were friendly, didn't break anything or scuff up any walls, and went above and beyond to make sure my UHaul was ready for a cross-border drive. The price was exactly as quoted. I wish I wasn't moving out of state so I could use them for every future move!

I wasn’t familiar with Safe Responsible Movers, but based on their reviews, I decided to try them. All I can say is they’re fabulous, great communications, fair pricing. But the standing thing was the quality of the three guys that showed up. They’re exceedingly careful and tremendously quick. Great job would use them again.
Chris reached out to see if my company, Arrange For It Organizing, could help one of his clients—a woman looking to downsize her 95-year-old uncle after 40 years in his home. We then worked with her uncle to help him decide what to keep, packed his studio before the move, and unpacked and got him settled in his new place.

They moved vintage arcade games, an insane amount of retail fixtures, inventory, construction materials, and much more. Conversations were held in advance to ensure efficiency and what our bottlenecks would be.
In the span of our move they handled just about everything you could ever need to transport - wasn’t their first rodeo. We’ll definitely be using them again for the next phase of our move!

They did an incredible job getting our couch through a 3rd story window. I was shocked how easy they made it look and how quick they got it done. I was torn between just buying a smaller couch that could fit up the stairs or hiring someone to move my big couch through the window. I’m so happy I stayed with the couch I loved and hired this group to lift it: Incredible job!

We used SRM to hoist a couch through our third-story window, and James was great when I initially called, getting all the info to confirm the job was possible before accepting it. This company did an amazing job moving my heavy furniture to my new house. They were true professionals, and knew exactly what they were doing. The prices are very reasonable, considering how efficient this group is. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs movers!
Will hire again! Hopefully we're not moving again any time soon but I would hire them again if we did! They were so quick, loaded up and unloaded in the estimated time. I've moved many times and SRM is the best moving company I've ever worked with. They were very fast, nothing was damaged and the final bill was much lower than what I expected. Their guy Adam was the point man and he was very nice and super professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone about to move.

Kelby and crew were excellent. They showed up within their expected window even after a move earlier in the day and combating graduation traffic. They were lighting quick and didn't hesitate to extra wrap our furniture and delicate items.
They had no problem combating challenging move-in stairs and were very respectful of our neighbors unit who we had to pass through for bulky items.

Today was my second move with SRM, and it was 100/100. Moving is always a stressful process, but the team today had me laughing and smiling. Move was efficient, energy was fantastic, and the value was top-notch. Thank you so much for your help and expertise!
